Payment is required at the time of purchase via approved payment methods. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the quantities of any product at any time.

Our products should be stored and consumed as directed on the label. We are not responsible for damage or spoilage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery or attempted delivery to the nominated address.
If an incorrect address is provided or the parcel is returned due to non-collection, redelivery fees may apply.
8. Refunds & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@houseofnom.co within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or taste preference once items have been dispatched.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
