250g net. 2 year shelf life from date of manufacturing. Store in a cool dark place. Store in a fridge once opened. Consume within 2 weeks of opening.

Thickener (400)], Milk, Unsalted Butter [Cream (Milk), Water], Red Miso Paste (6%) [Soybean,Rice, Salt, Alcohol, Water], Stabiliser (415).
How to Use

Drizzle it over ice cream, pancakes, or brownies. Swirl it through a warm pudding or even smear it onto your next eggplant for a tasty Japanese inspired glaze (trust us). However you use it, Koji makes everything taste a little bit better.
